Terms of Service

By booking a tour with Takeovers Miami ATV Rentals, you agree to these terms. If you're booking for a group, you confirm that every rider in your party has read and agrees to these terms.

Drivers must be at least 16 years old with a valid photo ID. Passengers must be at least 5 years old and accompanied by an adult. All riders must sign a waiver before the tour. Waivers must be signed by someone 18 or older; parents or guardians sign on behalf of minors.

We accept physical ID, a photo of ID on a phone, paper ID, a birth certificate, or a passport. Passengers under 16 don't need ID — parental consent on the waiver is sufficient.

All bookings require a $50 non-refundable deposit per vehicle to reserve your slot. The remaining balance is due at check-in. We accept cash, tap-to-pay, and all major debit and credit cards. A security deposit is collected at check-in and refunded after the tour if no damage occurs.

Off-road riding involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, falls, rollovers, collisions, weather exposure, and mechanical malfunction. By participating in any tour, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily accept them.

Every rider must complete our pre-ride safety training and sign our liability waiver. Refusal to complete either means you cannot ride and forfeit your deposit.

You are responsible for any damage to our vehicles caused by reckless operation, ignoring guide instructions, or willful misconduct. The security deposit held at check-in covers minor damage; significant damage may be billed beyond the deposit amount. Damage from normal trail wear or mechanical issues unrelated to rider conduct is our responsibility, not yours.

You agree to follow all guide instructions, trail rules, and safety protocols. Riders must stay with the group, respect vehicle limitations, and avoid operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We reserve the right to end a tour early, without refund, for anyone whose behavior endangers themselves, other riders, or our staff.

We may refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, refuses to sign a waiver, cannot safely operate a vehicle, or violates our code of conduct. In such cases, the reservation deposit is not refunded.

Our guides take photos and videos during tours for you to keep. By riding with us, you grant Takeovers Miami ATV Rentals permission to use these photos and videos for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, let your guide know before your tour begins.
