Cancellation Policy
Plans change — here's how cancellations work.
Notice Period
Cancellations must be made at least 5 days (120 hours) before the scheduled tour date. Requests made with more than 5 days' notice qualify for a full refund of the reservation deposit.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
If you cancel within 5 days of your tour, or in case of a no-show, the $50 reservation deposit per vehicle is non-refundable.
Security Deposits
Security deposits are not affected by cancellations since they are only collected at check-in. If you don't show up, no security deposit is charged.
