Rescheduling Policy
Need to move your tour? Here's how it works.
Notice Period
Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour. Within that window, we can move your booking to another available slot at no charge.
Short Notice Rescheduling
If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, a $50 rescheduling fee per ATV applies.
